Pete Vegas started farming at 17 and hasn't left the field since. After decades of running the world’s largest rice mills, he realized the "pantry-first" mindset was ruining the grain. We launched Grain Trust to fix the 20-minute problem. By taking forty years of rice expertise and moving it into the freezer, we’ve created a shortcut to perfect texture that actually respects your time.
